Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 6-month period.

We may terminate access immediately for:

• Payment failures
• Violation of terms
• Account inactivity (60+ days)
• Any reason at our sole discretion

• All charges are non-refundable
• Automatic renewals until cancellation
• Price changes effective immediately upon posting
• Chargeback attempts result in immediate termination

Service is provided "as is" without warranties of:

• Accuracy
• Merchantability
• Fitness for particular purpose
• Non-infringement
